Which team do you think he'll end up with? Which team do you think he'll be the most successful?

Seems like he's hot for the 76ers but Pelicans would be nice.

Going to Philly would be the last nail in his professional coaching coffin.

At 69, any job would probably be his last

lol that is also true but going from a 7 Seconds or Less Phoenix Suns era to Small Ball Houston Rockets era to "The only viable 3 point shooter I have on this team is my center" era will not end well.

Who cares? This guy was one of the biggest reasons we have a reputation as chokers instead of having actual rings

I didn't even know McMillan got fired.

Him in Indiana would be fun, since they have long been the kings of bad shot selection. So it would be cool to see that team shoot more 3s.

I am guessing Rio Grande Vipers is unrealistic.

Think indy or bulls or pelican are really good spots for him. He would help those teams and young stars immensely imo. Look for career years from the stars of those teams.

Philly would be a terrible fit with embid and all their bigs. Don't think that would work out well.

Meh about okc. I'm don't think they have much talent. CP3 probably gets moved, Gallo is a free agent...

If Doc gets fired LA could be a real interesting landing spot.

He'd switch Kawhi to point guard and either create a monster or fail spectacularly. Either way would probably be entertaining lol

A lower playoff team preferably in the East would be spot on.

That way he doesn't have pressure.
