This team is poorly coached. Yes the team has had injuries but the injuries are not an excuse for the team's play lately. MDA looks no better than McFail out there. Team looks lost with no real guidance right now.

Yeah that's what the better coaches would do with a similar stretch the Rox are going through right now. The deficiencies of the roster and MDA are severely being exposed right now.
Cp3 is a great player but they traded half their roster for a 6 foot 32 year old pg who will be in decline soon. These injuries are no coincidence. I get why u make the trade but they just gave away a lot in due part to salary matching.
This team does not have a leader. That is our biggest problem. To this we add that we are still looking for coaches who do not impose discipline. At this point, Harden is inexcusable. No heart, no effort, no brain.
I remember when MDA was hired there was a lot of disappointment on CF and a lot of people weren't excited about him because of his lack of success in last last several stops before coming here. It just felt like a boring retread hire by the organization. He had a good run with HOF to be pg Nash but overall MDA is not that impressive as a coach to tbh.
People want to fire the reigning 2x coach of the year because some our players can't hit the broad side of the barn and have defensive lapses via miscommunication.
Players can't hit the broad side of the barn becuase they have no lift( legs) They have no legs because the coach of the year runs them into the ground. The coach of the year was the coach of the year because he had James Harden on his team last year . The same James harden won 56 games in 2014-15 with the supposedly awful McHale coaching him and playing guys like Joey Dorsey , Kostas P , Dmo , cannan , nick Johnson , tarick black , 41 games of injured Dwight Howard ... Etc . We won 55 last year..... This coach relies on his players more than Mchale did . At least Kevin tried to develop some players . When your have to go 20/50 from 3 for your offense to work ... That's not some genius level coaching
This team is a bad joke on the defensive side. We continue to pay Morey's huge mistake in bringing Anderson. Anderson is not even a starter in this league and Houston is paying him 20m per season. An unforgivable mistake. It is time for Fertitta to make the first decisions as owner of the team. The seasons go by and this team is still a complete disaster on the defensive side.
