How about a thread for semi-optimism? Surely things can't be ALL bad. Post the things we have to be happy (or at least relieved) about. * This horrendous season, which has been writhing on the ground in agony since the first three games of the year, has finally been put out of its misery. * Dwight is likely gone. I have mixed feelings about losing a former perennial all-star and getting nothing in return, but how many of you think that this team would magically be better next year if Howard and Harden are both still on the roster? Plus, the decline in Dwight's athleticism will likely continue (he's not going to suddenly discover the fountain of youth) and he has precious little finesse game to rely on. In a league that doesn't value centers as much as it once did, paying $25M+ for one with limited game who doesn't mesh with his teammates is asking for the same kind of issues we had this year. * Brewer broke his 3-pt drought. Hey, he's under contract for next year -- I don't want him starting the season with that hanging over his head.
*theres no way they can raise ticket prices for next year *barkely apologized *no losing record in 10 years *wholesale changes coming
* Dwight Howard threads will no longer be in the GARM. * I'm not required to watch any more games where Draymond Green flexes his muscles after setting yet another illegal screen. <BR>
