Noticed it last night watching SC. I like it, it pays a little bit of homage to the past by adding the cursive writing. The 16 stars around the logo is also pretty cool. Still hate the team though New Court: Old Court:
Those stars around the logo, they ripped that off from soccer. Obviously, going after the latino market with that idea. I like the Clippers stars around their logo.
I might be wrong, but I doubt it, but I think the Kings might be the main tenets. AEG owns the building, and the Kings. They probably have more stake in it.
Ok not cursive but the font is different under the baskets. They took the purple away and made it yellow and also changed the font. Either way it looks a lot better
Really twitter logo's on the NBA court? Is this common practice now or something cause I don't think I've noticed this before...Social media really taking over.
Ehh new in the NBA I think but I'm not sure if the Lakers are the first team to do it. I think I first saw it in college football and teams putting it on the field(sidelines) or in the end zone.
Don't the Celtics already have their twitter handle in front of the bench? That's the only other NBA team I can think of that has this. I know plenty have it on top of the backboard. Edit- http://marketingland.com/boston-cel...to-advertise-twitter-on-their-home-court-2096
