There is almost zero chance that we will be drafting high enough to get Winston/Mariota at 1/2. Carr isn't a reach, he was projected as a first rounder by most and many mocks had him going to 20. He's a slight value pick at 33.
I still worry about his knees, but he's a guy I heard a ton of great things about before the combine. He'd be a part time player, but Clowney, Nix, and Watt would be one hell of a force to be reckoned with
