When did I ever say I was a Rockets fan? I like the Rockets as they've had some of my favorite players playing on the team (Dream, Maloney, Yao, Lin), but I've told you a zillion times that I'm a Nets fan. But not a troll...just posting in a thread someone else made about a player I like.

I’m not a LOF. I am a basketball fan, a Nets fan, a fan of many other players...and I generally stay on topic in each of the threads here. If you aren’t interested in Lin, then you don’t have to post in this thread.

Probably my favorite player in the league right now is Kawhi Leonard...this is purely based on his overall basketball skills and physical abilities. I also like the Greek Freak, tho I think Kawhi's defense puts him on top for me. Of course, I also love Brook Lopez for everything he did for the Nets, and I think he's an incredibly underrated center. On the Nets, I am big on Jarett Allen and Caris LaVert. For PGs, I've always liked Dragic, and I'll say that watching Lowry during the playoffs last year definitely made me a fan with his leadership and unselfishness. Former players, among my favorites were Kevin Garnett, Yao, Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp, Grandmama, Tim Duncan, Dream, and of course MJ. Matt Maloney is in there as I am a fan of all Ivy-Leaguers. I actually loved Jason Kidd's game and what he did for the Nets, but his character flaws (wife-beating, general jerkishness) kept me from really becoming a big fan. Among former Nets, I was big on Dragon, RJ, K-Mart, Vinsanity,...and of course, Chris Dudley, who is also a fellow Ivy Leaguer. I actually really liked Kenny Anderson too, but maybe not enough to say I was a big fan.
