    Far cry from 100megabytes, but still respectable

    Finland, Sweden and Norway... such great countries to live in. They're all very forward-thinking, but they also have the benefit of not being so large I guess.

    leaving out the government control aspect to avoid making this political, it isn't feasible in the US mostly because of size and population.
