If this fool is really Interested in joining our squad he’ll take a massive paycut... otherwise he needs to move along ....perhaps Detroit ??

Capela still has long way to go.

But DJ already proved he is an elite defender and rebounder.
One time All NBA First Team.
Two times All NBA Third Team.
Two times All NBA Defensive First team.
    Twice lead NBA rebounding.

Then what Capela get so far? Nothing.

You guys even question DJ's talent. Lol.

DJ is on the decline while capela has been on his way up and has passed up DJ

has a long way to go for what? who cares about those accolades. much to do with the lack of depth at the C position. not impressed

    If we can do this...

    D. JORDAN
    PJ TUCKER
    LEBRON
    HARDEN
    CP3

    That would be unbeatable.

No thanks. We have a short championship window with CP. We can still bank on Harden and Capela to keep us in contention for longer. Let's just maintain the little youth we have.

$5 M per year is the taxpayer MLE, I'd like Evans to get that when Gordon goes with Ryno.

Currently Capela is just a good NBA center.
He is not even an All Star player.
We once had high expectation on Chandler Pasons, look at him now.

He has an option for $24,119,025 and a 15% Trade Kicker.

Call me when DJ waives his $24,119,025 option to come play for the taxpayer MLE (or less).

PFFFT, u talking about his past achievements but u failed to list his greatest weakness which is more than enough for me not to want him. He's fking terrible at shooting free throws, in close game he's gonna get hacked

To be fair, Deandre upped his percentage to .580 this past season. Historically, his free throw shooting has fluctuated pretty wildly, but I actually think it's closer to being "fixed" than Clint's is. Deandre tends to miss short while Clint misses left to right, and the former is much easier to work with.

Clint has moments where he looks smooth as hell, and others where he looks like a stumbling baby deer. So despite Clint showing flashes of more advanced footwork, I would say Deandre has better overall balance and body control.

Capela is also terrible at FT shooting, if you really watch games you should know that.

Even Asik is far better than Capela on.FT line.

    Paul—Jordan

    Harden (now Paul also)- capela

    See how that works.....

Stop the madness. We are in win now mode. Not watch a center learn how to shoot a 15 footer!!

I dont know man, I would love to see DJ do a euro step and finish a bucket. My vote goes to Clint in a landslide for footwork. DJ definitely knows how to use his body better and has the better body control though.

y u even bring Asik up did u not watch the game where he whiff most pass and pouts when dwight took over? maybe u didn't watch earlier games? Hack-a-jordan is more likely to occur than hack-a-capela i don't know why, but it seems that jordan is more easily rattle. plus age wise, the deandre is nearing 30 while capela is reaching 24.

Unless deandre is taking major paycut, i honestly rather sign capela at least he works hard, can't say the same for deandre
