    I was there for a deposition a couple of months ago for just one night.

    There's a street downtown...I think called 11th Street...with lots of activity. Bars/restaurants. The street itself doesn't allow for car travel, so it's all pedestrian. I was able to catch the last Rockies game of the year at Coors Field by walking that street from my hotel. Cool area.

    If youre staying downtown, 16th street has plenty of bars and restaurants to try. There is also a mall to shop if you like that. Earls is a nice place to eat and people watch. If you wanna try a midtown type neighborhood. Take the free bus towards the 'LODO' area. There are bars and nice restaurants there too. Lola's is a nice place. The 9th Door for Tapas is also good. If you wanna try some local beer, go to Denver Beer Co, they have a good atmosphere and the beer is good.

    My brother says Casa Bonita is really cool. Look up the southpark episode. Says the food sucks though.

    My brother and dad both highly recommend the Cherry Cricket, which was featured on Man vs. Food.

    We went there on our last trip there. Casa Bonita is cool to check out but yeah the food is crap.

    Here are some photos we took of it, just in case anyone is interested;

    Jack N Grill is the best place we ate while we were there.

    Was supposed to go last time I visited my brother (6 years ago), but ran out of time.

    I wish I could afford to visit again. Wasn't expensive when it was just me, but with a family it is a b**** to travel.

    Doesn't sound like you'll have time to go into Boulder. Gorgeous scenery (the terrain, the women at the university).

    Then you keep driving up, up, up into the Rockies. But you'd need a few free hours.
