    I rarely make threads, but I am getting excited about the upcoming season with the possible (probable) team upgrades and was wondering how the TV contract negotiations were going.

    I do not live in Houston (I am in Beaumont area) and would really like to actually be able to watch Rockets games this year for a change.

    Thanks for any info.

    It's the offseason so I'm not sure it matters (Rockets wise) but Jim Crane is optimistic something could get done within 30 days or "certainly before the (Astros) season ends". (Astros president) Reid Ryan isn't so optimistic.

    “Everybody is kind of dug in on their position. I think the new reality is that there’s a good chance the games may not get on.

    So yeah, really no telling.

    You can get CSN for 89$ a month now which is comparable to AT&T I think. If you negotiate they will lower the price.
