We just interviewed David Barron about the latest CSN Houston news & his take on what's going on.

On our full show, we discuss the Rockets (week 1 observations), the death of the Dome & if the Texans still have a playoff shot, plus the Dynamo, Ausmus hire & ex-Rocket GM Steve Patterson's hiring at UT.

I hope some of you are enjoying are podcast & some of the interviews. We put up the interviews separately so you can listen to them individually, if you prefer. Here's the URL.

I hate that these people keep using the clipper game as evidence of our bad perimeter defense sheesh... come on, the clippers where shooting lights out... clippers shot 70% in the first quarter... not much you can do about that....

Agreed! Esp when it was the 3rd game in 4 nights & Beverley was out.

Our perimeter defense was an embarrassment. I'm glad it's getting called out, will make out boys work harder. Glad it happened when Pat Bev was out so we couldn't hide behind him. Like Steve Kerr said, good championship teams don't take nights off on defense. Sure, Clips shot at 70%, but that's no excuse for lazy defense, Rockets' wouldn't even raise their hands up and act like they were contesting shots.

Meh, he'd be wrong there. The Heat certainly take nights off completely sometimes.

It's a long season, it happens.
