It's good to see him doing well in spite of being bounced around the league. I will always miss "The Tooth".

I always thought that when the Rockets lost him, they lost their soul. He was always the steady producer off the bench they could rely on every single night.

I'm happy for him. I've always kind of liked the Warriors, and now Landry is helping them out significantly.

Agreed Landry has always been one of my favorite players even post-Rockets. Remember when he got shot and was back playing like a week later? What a badass.

I hope he wins 6th man of year award this season. If we didn't have so many promising PFs that need to play, I'd wish he would come back. One of my favorites.

To this day, Carl Landry is one of my wife's (a Mavs fan) favorite Rockets players of all time.

I think that's because Dirk Nowitzki is 0.004% Landry with that piece of Landry's tooth lodged in Dirk's arm.

I'm a Hayes guy. You've gotta get at least 1 defensive rebound before you earn a spot in my Rockets memory bank.

If we had Landry now, we'd be up four more games. Four mil on a one year deal, how is he not a Rocket? I wish we could trade Paterson for him, straight up.

I watched him live against the 76ers last week- it was great to see him again, and he's a great influence on the team. He settles them down and had a solid stretch where he kept getting fouled going hard to the rim. Plays hard and the fans up there love him for it.

Carl is what Pat should be (and was looking like he was going to surpass during his rookie season) but Pat isn't even Carl's age when Carl was a rookie. That's the age difference. Carl would also just stunt the development of Motiejunas and Terrence Jones.

Carl has a great gig anchoring that GS team so just enjoy the ride unless they're playing us, in which case, I hope all the bad things happen to him.

Anyone remember when Daryl "the wizard" Morey traded him for Kevin Martin and Kevin Martin lead us to multiple consecutive lottery finishes?

But Martin was sold well. He is a hot commodity.
    Landry is just boring.

Would fit perfectly on the current Rockets team that has no post scoring.
