For egging his neighbor's house...... http://www.eonline.com/news/499185/...ing-egg-throwing-incident-get-all-the-details Police Raid Justin Bieber's Home Following Egg-Throwing Incident Justin Bieber's Tuesday morning did not quite go as planned. E! News confirms that local police arrived at the singer's doorsteps after obtaining a search warrant on his Calabasas, Calif., residence. We're told that the singer was home at the time of the raid, and that authorities are looking specifically for any evidence linking him (or his friends) to the egg-throwing incident that took place late last week. And while it may seem silly that police are searching for eggs in the Biebs' mansion, the 19-year-old could land in hot water should they find anything suspicious. The Los Angeles Sheriff confirmed to E! News that they received a call on Friday, Jan. 10, from Bieber's neighbor—the alleged victim—who claimed that the superstar egged his home the evening before. The charge would be misdemeanor vandalism should a suspect be found responsible for the incident. Meanwhile, photographs from the scene have been booked into evidence. The sheriff's office stated that the Canadian native is the main suspect in the case. Reps for Bieber would not comment. According to TMZ, the teen heartthrob was detained in his garage as deputies searched throughout his home. E! News spoke with a neighbor just days after the drama went down in the gated community. "It was about 7:30 p.m. and I was in my house upstairs with my daughter," the neighbor explained to us. "We began to hear something hitting the house, like rocks and things crashing into the window. We went to our outside balcony and saw [Justin] standing in my front yard, ripping eggs at my house." He continued, "I screamed at him, he yelled back at me, said, 'Yeah I got another one for you,' and threw more eggs. Then I called the sheriff. Obviously my daughter was very frightened having eggs thrown at her. It was unprovoked, as I have not seen the kid in months, so I have no idea what prompted him to do this."
Oh man is the Bieb's lucky! Can you imagine if the retired cop from Florida was his neighbor?.... ....... ....... .......
I want to see the warrant they issued. I wonder if they find anything else illegal like drugs and if that can add more or new charges. That would be messed up.
Deputies searching Justin Bieber's Calabasas mansion Tuesday made a felony drug arrest of someone other than the pop star, authorities said. The arrest came as authorities served a search warrant at Bieber's home seeking surveillance-video evidence to support allegations that the singer was involved in an egg-throwing incident last week that left his neighbor's home with an estimated $20,000 in damage, authorities said. http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/...-video-20140114,0,7942571.story#ixzz2qP7WtH4r
I suppose repainting the house, and perhaps a few broken windows along with the fact that the labor is being done by Monet could get the charges up that high?
And Lil Wayne, Floyd Mayweather, and 50 Cent are white. Dude didn't you ever hear Lupe Fiasco's "All black everything" track???
SMH. Search warrant for an empty egg carton? I'd be like, "I just cooked me and my buddies a bunch of omlets judge!" This is an example of why too much police authority is bad. They're not really looking for evidence of juvenile mischief, they're probably looking for evidence of drug use or prostitution -- albeit, they'd never put Bieber away for that type of crime. However, if the same issue unfolded at a non-celebrity's house, you'd better believe they'd use an "egg carton search warrant" to bust your chops for having pot, or the like.
no way that is legal... a search for eggs? Are we going to start searching peoples houses for toilet paper after someone gets TP'd?
