After the loss against the Nuggets on February 1st, the Rockets are once again out of the top five in the Western Conference. Though our team is only a few games back from the 3rd seed, they're also not far from dropping to the 10th seed and into the Zion sweepstakes. There are only ten more games to be played in February, and they're a mixed bag. Stuffed in between a couple of title contenders are a fair share of cupcake games as well. I've circled the games that I think the Rockets should be able to pull out, though there is an argument for them going 7-3 or 4-6 instead. The team is simply too volatile to make any good guesses about where they'll end up by the beginning of March, but at the very least we'd better be able to beat the Hawks, Suns, Mavs and Hornets (sub .500 teams). I would've said the Heat game should be a win too, but they're playing away from home and the Rox have struggled recently against them. I'm not expecting the team to look the same after the trade deadline, but I'm also hoping we don't have to give up PJ or EGo. BUT ANYWAY! That's just one dude's opinion, and I'm not exactly a basketball expert or a ball scientist or an H-town genius or whatever. What do you think? How's this February gonna go?
Jazz strengths are our big weakness rn. Idk how we play against the Jazz tommorow. We need to 9 games this month
We will be ok when Capela's back. I am more concerned about who we bring in before the trade deadline. Pressure is on Morey now to deliver.
I think it has to do with the VPN I'm using to access Google, the server I'm using is set to Japan so it might be that. IIRC Japan and Korea have the same time zone? I'm not sure.
3-and D is a myth taken from the color commentating of bill worrell. It's actually a mix between bill worrell's "tee for 3" taken from days of old and the red rowdy "chef harden" soup spoon gesture which actually rubbed opponents the wrong way!
I'm tempted but I'll leave that to someone more qualified than myself ...also we have to play the warriors
OP thinks Kings and Wolves are cupcake teams? Minny has KAT and Sacramento has (insert random big here) that can kill us. And they're both only about 2-3 games behind us, in the win columns.
I said the Hawks, Suns, Mavs and Hornets are cupcake teams. And I also feel the Rockets should be able to win against the Kings and Minny, but that's just my opinion.
