For Sale Kitchen Appliances, Table, Couches, Bed Set, Etc.

I'll be closing on a house soon. However, the current owner hasn't been able to totally move out (he's very old and doesn't have his mobility), so he's asked that I help him sell off the rest of the remaining items in the house.

They are numerous, so I'll try to make a list:

- Two refrigerators (an older model Frigidaire -- still works, and a newer one in the kitchen.
- Upright Deep Freeze
- Frigidaire Electric Range (newer model in white)
- Nice hardwood kitchen table with chairs (seats six I believe - heavy wood)
- Various wooden storage items -- very decorative wood
- Older leather maroon couches (love seat and bigger couch)
- Decorative Wall Mirror (large)
- Various decorative hanging wall pictures
- Dresser and matching night stand
- Full sized guest bed with box spring and frame
- Old Zenith TV (probably from the 80's -- maybe a collector would like it)
- Sears air compressor -- older, but a very large volume compressor
- Plow
- Lawnmower
- Various tools (shovels, hand tools, tool boxes, etc.)
- Window-mounted AC
- Fishing rods
- Some kind of pump

Not sure what kind, but the folks who came by last night had said that they were well cared for. They're numerous, and there's a couple of tackle boxes that have been well cared for, as well. PM me if you're interested, and we can probably set something up for Saturday.

 

I'm buying this house from an elderly man, and he's unable to move these items and has instructed me to sell. The sale will be ongoing. I can sell items with his approval for the time being. After we close on the house, these items will be my property, and I'll be able to negotiate any deals. Any procedes will go to person selling me this house.
