Very Nice. Anyone know what kind of things Yao will be involved in the festivities?

yea there was no way ROy could've gotten it off in time cause he didnt even catch the ball square to the basket, but that's the home town clock operator for you.

Surprised they didnt throw at least one three pointer in there or a bucket on shaq.

Yep, I remember jumping up and down and celebrating watching it with my roommate back in college... and then not talking for the next 10 minutes.

Yao Ming vs the Blazers in the 2009 playoffs was my favorite moment.

    Memories are flooding back

I think one of Yao's 3-pointers should have made the list...I think it was against the Bobcats he hit that clutch 3

I vaguely remember a pretty impressive pass where Yao slapped the ball cross court or something. Anyone know what I'm talking about or was I dreaming.

    Ah Memories

Play 1 - Post up Yao
Play 2 - Give Tmac the ball at the 3 point line

    Think that was it. :p

It seems like half of those were from his rookie season. Its like as he became more dominant, his game became more boring.

He was so good until his feet gave out - I miss the big fella.

BTW - this is why I don't want Dmo to get too much weight, I think Yao getting bigger had a direct effect on his feet going south.

For being as big Yao was, #6 still amazes me.

The number 2 play just reminded me of something I didn't want to remember.
