Better Choice Cleaning and Oops Steam Cleaning come highly regarded from friends and family. I'd steer clear of Dirt Free. I generally just opt for the cleaner rentals from Kroger and do it myself.
They're all pretty ridiculous. I got a quote from Clean As A Whistle one time and they wanted $5500, which came out to $3.50 a sq ft. I could have gotten new Travertine floors for $3 a sq ft. It's crazy.

Blackmon Mooring just did mine a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time getting carpet cleaning services. They did a pretty good job, was professional and on time. Some of my stains were still there after they treated them but I was happy with what they did. I believe they have (or had at the time I used them) a web special for $100. But like I said it was my first time so I don't have anything to compare their services with.

Check out Groupon. They seem to always have carpet cleaning companies with a good offer. Just got my whole house done for $99. The company was BlueBonnet; looks like they still have this deal going on!!! The guy did a good job and seem to be a generally good guy.
