I don't want to start a flame war or anything but I would avoid those so called "fat burners" with scientific names or numbers in the names. Actually, I would just avoid them all. A lot of clever marketing.

I drink MRP's for breakfast and dinner. GNC Mega is my favorite. I eat a big healthy lunch following by high protien snacks througout the day such as tuna, unsalted peanuts, natural peanut butter, shredded wheat with skim milk etc. I drink alot of ice cold water as well. I try to eat a lot of whole wheat/grain products with plenty of chicken and fish.

30 minutes before I workout, I drink a GNC Mega MRP with high protien milk. Then I workout for no more than an hour. Then I drink a glass of protien powder followed by a glass of Gatorade. Plenty of protien and carbs to help the muscles recover.

I have been working out at night but I've decided to try the morning before work thing for the first time today. We'll see how that works.

BTW, here is the workout program I've been using.

That's great, because I want to lose around 12-15lbs of fat, but I want to keep lifting weights.

Would you say I could lose 10lbs OF FAT in a month if I lift weight 3 times a week and take Xenadrine Ephedra free?

Is there anything WITH ephedra anymore anyway?

To be honest, I'm more interested in the way I look than my actual weight. If I'm going to be working out hard and be eating good food, then I don't expect to lose almost 15lbs of WEIGHT in a month, but if I could lose 10-12lbs of my body fat, that would be great.

I understand the concerns, but I'm not really worried about them. I've seen too many people have this work for them to be worried abotu side effects on something I'll take, at most, for a month.

Also, your body type is probably different than mine. I'm pretty sure I put on weight MUCH easier than you do, meaning I'm in a more constant struggle to lose that fat.

Has anyone tried the Anna Nicole Smith product? I see it at Wal-Mart every weekend and I'm curious about it...

I don't think epehdra is available in anything in the States anymore, but you're in the UAE, right? (sorry, just saw that you're ordering online)

Weren't you thinking about trying Atkins? Just a head's-up, but it destroys your weight workouts; didn't bother my cardio workouts. But that's were I lost the quickest by far. Only stayed on it a couple of months, but a year later and I still am down about 3 inches on my waist.

I haven't tried any weight-loss supplements in years. I tried one powerful one, one time. I took it in the morning and I was sweating all day and my heart was racing at 6 pm in the evening. On 1 pill! Guess it was doing what was intended, but I decided to stick with losing weight through diet and exercise.

As for Xenadrine, I wouldn't know, but I think you would lose quicker if you added at least 30 minutes of cardio each day (and get your heart rate into the target zone). Once you've dropped your fat, you can back-off the cardio a little to support the anabolic process. The additional muscle will help keep the weight off.

    No way, man! :D

To tell you the truth, I just started it back up again. I basically took a month off while I was buying a house/moving. Just didn't have the time.
