Eh, not much there. It was a forward-looking statement -- 'under the Platinum Plan the blacks can be successful if they try...' The implication he was going for was that on the 'Democratic plantation' black people are prevented from succeeding whether they want it or not.

 

If Jared simply said “and this applies to all races” right before saying “he can’t want them to be successful more than they want to be successful” that is unsaid but how I take the statement

 

Genetics and brain development is not very strong in the Trump family. Ivanka can get it though.

These people can't relate to Americans. It's a joke that poor-ass rednecks who live in squalor and depend on welfare support these people who are in a different strata of lifestyle so far away they can't even grasp it.

he made a specific statement about black voters, because that's his only message to them ... and it is systemic in his brain stem to think about them as complainers and not trying to be successful as much as white voters.
