that would mean the Texans have had losing season after losing season. He's only had the most 4th qtr comebacks coming into this season. Technically if the other teams score first, you're throwing from behind.
    Rookie year, 3-3
    2nd year 11-5
    3rd year 10-5
This year: All opposing TD should not count as they're throwing and running on garbage defense all the time.

    Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And at this point, Weaver. I realize this defense isn't very talented, but they don't have to be the worst in franchise history. He's made our LB core look like a JV Big 12 squad.

Who in the hell can teach these bums to tackle? It's sad that the 2002 Texans played better D than these rejects.

Sucks watching red zone and seeing teams score points from 50+ yards runs, pick 6’s, and 102 yard kick returns.

It’s going to take at least another year to fix this mess. Trade Watt and cut everyone but Reid and Roby on defense. I’d say trade them but none have trade value. Take all the dead money hits this coming year and then reset with cap space and high draft picks.

Where is Greenard? He can’t get snaps over the trash we are trotting out there at LB? I didn’t hear Martin or Omenihu’s name called today either. Doesn’t seem like we are hitting on any of these young guys on defense lately.

"Rookies have no place in covid-19" was the stance this team took before training camp even began.

I would give those guys more snaps.
It's also the same reason why they keep giving it to Johnson in 2 out of 3 downs and not try another Rb, stubbornness

If I’m Romeo..I just call watt in the office and ask him what he wants to do. Does he want to stay here in Houston or choose a team he wants to go to and trade him there...he’s not effective enough for us to make a winnable difference right now. Great player but we need picks or a legit game changing player like a Michael Thomas or Derrick Henry.

    Fire Jack Easterby.

    He’s a fraud.

Cal’s an idiot (but you already knew that)

It was the saddest thing when Rodgers went back to pass and our NT was getting manhandled by their OL. He got pushed back at least 5 yards. No pressure from anyone on the DL except JJ. ****ing ridiculous.

I agree with that. We should be aggressive in playing other guys and giving players on the market a shot. We literally have nothing to lose.

David Johnson should not be starting. Cut him. A street free agent would give you more than he does. Duke Johnson would give you a better chance to win.

Da Johnson goes down on first contact and can’t block a lick.

offensive line is the worst in football and that’s sad when you look at the positional investment.

Defense is terrible everyone knows that but the offense **** the bed at home this game. They could have provided more resistance and gave the D some breathing room.

    depressing.

Wentz wishes he had an oline good as Texans. That’s the worst line in the league. I agree with your other points though

So the rest of my fantasy team sans KC’s defense has so far s*** the bed. Oh yea the Texans, what’s sad about all of this is we might not even be the worst disaster in the league(Jets, Cowboys, we’re barely worse than Minnesota). The franchise needs a full purge to recover from this mess. Everyone sans Deshaun should be available, and if a team comes in and offers you 3-4 1sts for Deshaun you consider doing it at this point. Go full Astros/Process and just burn it down.

JJ Watt shouldn’t have to go out like this. The Texans are a garbage organization who should step up and do the right thing by moving him to a contender. They need a complete reset from top to bottom. You have a staff of lame duck coaches who have nothing to coach for, and a bunch of vets who know this is a lost year, so there is zero reason for a guy like Watt to stick around. He doesn’t even really have anyone to mentor on this team, it isn’t any wonder why he’s obviously miserable. Move him. He’s not doing anyone any good here now and he deserves better than this.

No reason to cut him, but we ABSOLUTELY NEED TO STOP RUNNING HIM INTO A WALL ON FIRST DOWN.

In the 4th quarter down a couple of touchdowns we literally started the drive by running him up the gut on first AND second down!! WTF

Also, does Tim Kelly know what a PA Bootleg is?

    Geezus
