The Hispanics I know in my family, all in Central Texas, I'd guess 75% of the living ones born in Texas - not sure if they're D or R any given day, but they're all clearly anti-Trump. I don't keep up with them at all, but I do know that much.

It's abortion 100%. She wants a conservative court to overturn Roe v. Wade

I can at least understand that if she believes it's baby murder.

    [Valuable Life Improvement Tip]
I would suggest that you watch the movie the Social Dilemma. It talks about how social media programs us to hate the other side of the political aisle by only feeding you news that support your viewpoint. This "programming" causes you to think that people who disagree with you are inherently evil and/or ignorant. A balanced news diet is healthy for you, albeit hard to find today.

    GOOD DAY

Good recommendation, but the Social Dilemma doesn't really address "balanced news diet" and what that means -- it is about the negative societal effects of unregulated social media platforms. A "balance" between news catering to one extreme and news catering to a different extreme isn't any good either.

Here's a quote from a senile dude with a lifetime pass for saying racist stuff. While horribly wrong toward the AA community, it answers your question regarding the Hispanic community.

"Unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly diverse attitudes about different things,"

You asked the guy how his wife could hold those views. Pretty simple. People have diverse opinions.....

No I did not ask how his wife could hold those views, I realize people have diverse opinions.

You might want to direct this too the person who actually asked that question.

My dying wish in the COVID ward will be for my family to hear about Hunter Biden's meeting schedule.

A lot of Hispanic culture is very tradional and part of that tradition is what modern proggesives call "toxic masculinity". A lot of Hispanic men worship Trump because he flies against the face of that perception of tradional machismo amongst liberals such as myself and embraces it. For many hispanic men it feels cathartic for a president who embraces that machismo. At least that's what someone in the hispanic community said in NPR when explaining the love affair of Trump amongst many hispanic men.

So you hate the other side of the political aisle? You're not intelligent enough to form your own view points while also understanding the other side's view point (not that you have to agree with it)?

    HO HO HO

I love everyone; you should know this by now. I'm also the smartest person, with the exception of Clutch (tie), to ever post on this BBS. I mock, humiliate, and flummox liberals effortlessly, enjoying cada momento!

    GOOD DAY

Thanks for reminding us that you are playing a character. It makes it easier to digest you bullshit as someone playing a character rather than someone who sincerely holds all these beliefs.
