I voted!

It was smooth. 10 minutes in and out.

 

I guess so at the risk of catching COV-19 it maybe the better option.

 

I voted yesterday in a small rural town. Everybody showed up early to beat the crowed only for it to actually create the crowd. It was about a hour wait. Today I had a couple of unexpected errands and drove by the polling station and there was only one person in line outside the door.

 

I was there at 7:45am today. Polls opened at 8. Voted at 11:15. That's over 3hrs in line. Granted the line was long but not longer than I've seen in the past at other Fort Bend locations. I didn't see any funny business when I finally got in the lobby, handed over my license and went to a booth. All machines were open and it seemed to be just as fast as years past so I don't know what was going in there before I got inside. It shouldn't have taken that long.

I don’t like living in Montgomery country for many reasons. I’ve lived in Harris or Travis counties my entire adult life until moving recently. Now I’m right on the edge of Harris. Not knowing wait times is a bit annoying I have my 2 yo daughter with me 24/7 so I have to be strategic about everything. Has anyone voted yet out here that might be able to offer some insight to how long they had to wait? I found one article that didn’t offer much clarification.

 

Voted today. No issues, waited for a minute, got in, voted, left.

I will say that the Republican candidate was always on top. Not sure if that’s how it’s always been or some subtle shenanigans.

 

Never ever voted early before. Glad to have done so. SF made it pretty easy.

 

I don't use twitter but I've seen tweets in my google searches that might be helpful. Maybe a twitter veteran can point the way.

 

Vote Early, Vote Often to get rid of Trump!

Voted STRAIGHT DEMOCRATIC TICKET (I don’t care if I have choose the each one...more satisfying!). Took me less than 10 minutes from sign in to finish.

Did anyone else get a free finger condom when they voted or is that just a rich white polling place thing? Btw, no wait, no line.

 

A stylus. I live in MO City, but voted at Sugar land City Hall. Took me less than 10 minutes. There was line out the door...25 people deep at my Missouri City location..lol.

Like the new printed ballot after u use the touch screen.

 

Three and half hours in the wind, at least it did not rain.

My children, wife and I voted today in Nevada. For the kids, it was the first time ever. Total time about 30 minutes.

Sounds silly, but it felt good.
