    - Avoiding LTS
    - Not using the MLE
    - Leading the charge to acquire Westbrick
    - Dumped salary and picks,
    - No class in the handling of MDA's departure
    - Made DHouse wait because he's too cheap
    - Welcomes nepotism
    - suspended benefits and vacation pay during Covid-19
    - Loses one of the best GM's in the league

    Anything else? What a joke of an owner.

    in the world of up and down I would say its a stock down type of rating. like im sell right now

    Tilman Fertitta has taken a once proud franchise and has run it into the ground in less than 2 seasons as owner.

    Despicable.

    I would not be shocked to see Harden leave just as MDA and Morey have.

    My guess it’s because TF wants to hire a terrible coach and or one that won’t fit the team.
    And Morey didn’t want that coach. He wanted someone that would help the team. Prob the last straw for Morey.

    Cheapman just was thinking about China or both things happened.

    Now Harden is the only one left from Rockets that has been here since He got traded. Well I think John Lucas was here right? But I mean like the main piece. After Harden is Ego joined in 16-17

    And maybe Harden might not be here for that long either.

    Dolan become owner when the Knicks were still contenders in the East...he inherited something good just like Fertitta, and 20 years later, we see where the Knicks are at

    as of now, the only thing keeping this sinking ship afloat is Harden...once he’s gone, it’s down to the bottom of the abyss

    I look forward to spending the next decade and beyond watching the Knicks and Rockets compete to determine which franchise is the bigger dumpster fire.
