    Give me Bienemy or Byron Leftwich and I'll be happy. Preferably Bienemy. He's worked wonders with Mahomes. Maybe he could fix what Obrien ruined in Watson.

    If the Texans won't make the playoff, there is no way Bob can keep his job.

    He traded away everything this franchise has for a win now roster while he is also the GM.

    Actually the next GM/head coach coming in should be given extra 3-4 years to suck in order to clean up this mess.

    firing him fixes a ton. there's levels to this. that's step one. they've gone backwards ever since trading for a rb that was going to get cut and on the brink of retirement. his immediate release goes in the right direction instantly

    It’s time for him to go this is it like there is nothing left O’Brien can do this team defeated and they find really look like they want to play for him that’s the problem when u as a coach become GM players see the moves you make and hurt the team and now they not responding. This team will be 2-14 or 4-12 somewhere around there

    Having no coach or GM would be a marked improvement for the Texans. They'd still lose games, but they'd stop trading away all their talent *and* draft picks to stock up on expensive and/or mediocre players. Just eliminating the Texans' ability to make trades would instantly improve the future for this team.
