Just like I predicted days ago that there was no way he was going to remain in the hospital when the stock market is opened. He'll be out by monday morning. Hes now the expert of covid and his followers will even love him more. Alot of people got played in this thread thinking this wasn't some political stunt. When he refused to update the media he was going to the hospital until the minute after the stock market closed was all you needed to see.

You are the type of person that b****es at the weather forecast when it says 10% chance of rain and it rains. Let's go over this again. He would have gotten it from others not wearing masks. Masks don't keep you from getting it, they prevent others from getting it. The Atlanta Mayor could have worn a mask the whole time and someone else didn't at some point. Maybe someone came into her office that had been near the President who wasn't wearing a mask and gave it to them.

The reflection is coming from in front of the paper as the point of view is from an oblique angle. Reflections have equal angles from a flat surface so there's no way it would bounce under his hand at one angle then change angles to get to the lense of the camera. It reflects off his hands bounces on the front of the table and then to the camera lense. It's a plausible picture and not fake.

Masks do offer some protection against covid, but yes, it mostly blocks your spittle from getting into the air and infecting others.
But why would the president's team allow anyone near him without a mask? He's the POTUS. He get's to be the only one in the room without a mask if he so chooses. It's very unfortunate. I don't like him but hope he gets better soon.
