If he really said that and really is proud of the “fight”, that’s the problem. Any team’s success or failures start at the top.

Yep.. this sounds like a guy who would continue employing O'Brien as head coach. Yep.. this sounds like a guy who would employ O'Brien as GM.

His offense, and the insane amount of time that gets wasted every single week, is absolutely inexcusable. I think O’Brien is an okay overall coach, but his ego, and the amount of power he has been given organizationally, is indefensible. He’s a mediocre coach who seems to have lost his team. They have been garbage since the second half of the playoff game against Kansas City last year, and that’s on the leadership, players included. It’s embarrassing and they should all be ashamed of how bad it has gotten.
