Seems like it to me too. If we get the equivalent of the #1 pick with no picks, then he's gone

LOL. Na, it would be smoke and mirrors and fail based on lack of leadership.

No since Trump's economy was built on consumer debt (https://www.marketwatch.com/story/u...d-during-the-2008-financial-crisis-2019-06-19)

A Trump NFL offense would be like a Jamies Winston led offense. A lot of yards and a lot of ints.

Even if BOB pulls it out of his ass and salvages a 9-7 or 11-5 record like he's done before, if the offense is still mediocre he should absolutely still be gone.

We are paying Deshaun 40mil per year and he is handicapping him. That should be the investment we care most about.

No way he gets fired if he goes 9-7 or better.

COVID excuse already on the tip of his tongue when he talks to Cal I'm sure.

I'm in the 2-14 camp which probably won't happen which means OBrien isn't going anywhere.

Not saying it will happen...saying it should regardless of record if this offense is ****/mediocre again.

One thing keeping BoB employed is the number of even worse coaches...

Wasn't BOB most likely to get fired before the season started? How did he improve after starting 0-3?

LOL. Every year, some franchise wants to pick off the Belichick coaching tree, every year that fruit never fruits, and that franchise is on the verge of firing another one off that tree. The only problem is Houston is the only one dumb enough to give that fruit full control in hopes that fruit comes to fruition.

I think Dan Quinn was just being very unlucky, most of others are way worse than him.

Vaunted former OC George Godsey from the BOB tree is now the TE coach for the dolphins. I can't wait till BOB is gone and re-hired as like a special teams assistant for Joe Judge or Vrabel.

Quinn has been to a super bowl.
Gase is in his 2nd year
Patricia is in his 3rd year
Zimmer has been to the conference championship
Vic Fangio just lost his QB
Anthony Lynn has a rookie QB

And yet they are all more likely to be fired than Bill O'Brien.
