At this point in his career I feel Westbrook is willing to step back for Harden. He will just go get rebounds and drive to the rim which is kinda exactly what we needed. I love me some CP3 but come on man, this is a good trade!
Westbrook's defense alone will disallow this from being a good trade. The Rockets will be good, but holy **** will they be worse.
In my opinion this is far from a terrible trade. We gained some relative youth and got rid of Paul’s contract. Worst case is things don’t work out and we put Westbrook on the market. That is an asset that we can surely get value for if it were to come to that.
OPPOSITE of relative youth. Westbrook's age is a joke compare to his drop off. He s declining at a faster ****ing rate than CP3.
