Teams who have a big man who is one of their best 2-3 players, especially ones that those teams rely on to score inside are the teams this system/strategy is made to exploit.

Guard heavy perimeter oriented teams like OKC, LAC, Dallas are tougher matchups.

Friday Night: Rockets will win Game 1.

As mentioned earlier, I would put Tucker on LeBron, RoCo on Davis (with some Harden sprinkled in from time-to-time, especially if he tries to play inside the paint). Unlike what they did with Dort, I would have guys close out on their shooters, even though their not a real threat. Let's be real, LA has no one to guard James or Russ.

 

Roommate is a Laker’s fan and equally as much of a **** talker as myself.

This is going to be a long ****ing series.

 

Match the Line Ups

I see Rockets lineup has edge, but does there bench?
You cant really say thou AD/Lebron is more explosive lineup because how Lebron has aged. Harden/Westbrook is pretty explosive at times and rank just probably tied with Lenard/PG. How much is AD going to abuse Tucker/Covington down low? If AD goes for 50 every night then Houston could sink fast.

Lakers Bench is better and has 2 extra players to relive there stars. Rockets are pushing there starters more minutes, this might not payoff, but the rotation could click better. Its hard to say rockets can Bring in Tyson, Carrol, and Luc Mah but can they have meaningful minutes to the lineup?

Rockets could very well win this series if only if they play hard, play defense and dont turn the ball over. In any normal situation, 60%. Lakers just look like the better team. 60-40 Ratio. Lakers probably in 6 games. I very do want the rockets thou to play outstanding and force a game 7, and try to win it, it would say alot about the team, and could give them the momentum they need to feel like a championship team, get to West finals to beat possibly Denver/Clippers.

Rockets gonna come out of the gate hot shooting because they’re so relieved to be done with OKC. 2/3 of Harden WB and Gordon will go off. McLemore sinks 4+ threes. Hot start but the Lakers will pull closer in the 2nd half. Rockets by 7

 

Biggest thing for me for this series is, Avery Bradley was their best defender on Harden.

With Bradley out, this might get ugly for the Lakers.

danny green has given harden some trouble in past seasons, but of course a lot is going to depend on the officiating and what faker defenders are allowed to get away with

what pisses me off is we all know dion waiters is going to be that one scrub who torches the rockets at least 1-2 games smh!
