    It is a horrible analogy but unfortunately prosecutors and juries have accept the premise that LEO panic and make mistakes. The Philando Castile case they found the LEO not guilty essentially on that basis. There are other cases like the Amadou Diallo case where NYPD shot man after mistaking his wallet for a weapon were acquitted also.

    Yep... it is accepted that highly trained police may panic and make mistakes during confrontations, but citizens they confront are expected to behave in a calm and reasonable manner when confronted.

    The craziest part of that interview wasn't even that. It was when he claimed that random Antifa thugs in black are taking up airline planes in mass to fly to DC.
