Lebron would have been MDA'S Jeff Green. LOL Rockets Death Lineup CP3 EGo Beard PJ Lebron *Capela on bench
I always wondered...what kinda of trouble could get owner get into if he had a player sign at the amount he needed to fit into the cap. Then went out and paid the player on the side to meet the players wanted salary.
i think no trouble because i suspect this is often done through sponsorship deals offshore accounts and other smart ways...
Lebron would put up all time great seasons even at PF for us. 48 minutes of either Harden or Lebron handling the ball? Would beat many superteams. He's an idiot for not joining, was his only option that guarantees multiple titles even if Warriors dynasty resumes.
Rockets would’ve been a dynasty Harden and an aging CP3 is good enough for 65 wins and a title (if CP3 doesn’t go down, the 17-18 Rockets win it all) now add Lebron...Lol, they thought the KD Warriors were unfair? but he went to LA instead, and now we’re about to beat him in the 2nd round
i'm just glad we didn't get lebrick. him and CP would had created more drama for this team. i wish we had got Jimmy Butler tho.
But it needs to vs warriors big 5. I think blazers is very strong in all positions, it has high chances to beat Lakers in the 1st round. I think Houston should beat them better not to give them a chances for playoff
Yep. I'm surprised he was able to finagle AD into joining the Lakers, but CP3 - Harden would have been a better team to join.
lebron was to scared to play 2nd-3rd fiddle. he tryna win finals mvps . well that’s to bad cause he won’t make it pass the second round
I don't think Lebron believed he could outshine Harden here, which might matter to his planned legacy lol. Lebron got swept by Durant's Warriors easily, Harden was in all those series. With AD and Lakers, he can always position himself as the top guy because there's almost no chance he gets outplayed in the playoffs by AD imo.
Les never got in trouble for promising Barkley an extra $4M to take a pay cut so that they could sign Pippen. Of course, the only reason we know about it is Barkley tells that story often. My guess is that most owners/players are smart enough to keep it quiet...or at least not renege on the deal.
Lebron clearly doesn't want to do the work involved. He's got serious issues with pride, doesn't know how to check himself on that.
