Huh? Jazz were bad some time, thats why they got guys like Dante Exum and Trey Lyles. Even now they aren't exactly back, they are 0.500 team and currently out of the playoffs. Certainly a far cry from whem they had Dwill and Boozer and Ak47 leading the team.
TRUTH. I don't want them to suck because then they can get a great player in the draft. I like them where they are now: maybe a 4-6 seed in the playoffs with no hope of a championship. If I'm not scared to play them in the playoffs then I'm fine with whatever they are doing. They don't have any great players, they are just winning off of culture. That won't get them anywhere after the regular season. SA got stiffed in the Kawhi trade. Derozan for Kawhi AND Danny Green???!!! I know Kawhi could never get them a chip (credit to Duncan), but Derozan is much worse. SA fans will think they are better than they are for a while.
Working for their G-League team... their roster is solid even there... they have made the Atlanta Braves run in the 90s look puny.
DeRozan and LMA were all-stars last year. I agree. Let them have their two all-stars and linger in mediocrity. Let’s hope Pops won’t cash in on his All-star player values by collecting picks and tanking.

Even though they didn't make the playoffs this year, they still don't technically suck. The longevity is pretty crazy.

Spurs' talent today looks a-lot like their team from the early 80's....Remember Paultz and Gervin?....It looks like Poeltl and Johnson are going to best them.
