Like it or not, CP3 has started brewing his retaliation games

The logic and ignoring of facts, when discussing CP3 this season, has reached the level you see by the idiots on twitter talking about how Harden really isn’t that good. The ones who aren’t interested in fact based arguments. Just double down on the I hate Harden party line.

Whether it’s true or not that we are better off with Westbrook does NOT change the FACT that CP3 was GREAT. THIS SEASON.

It's definitely frustrating watching CP now, considering his level of play this year as compared to last.

If we had had this Chris Paul on the team on when KD went down (instead of the shell version we got), who knows what could have happened.

 

Once KD went down Cp played great. It’s all the times before KD went down in the Warriors series was where it was really a problem.

 

CP3 will play out of his mind against us if we meet up...but we have the better team and Russ will be playing angry as well and we should win. If we don't, we were a paper tiger anyway.

 

If we had THIS CP3 last year we would have beaten the Warriors and won the championship.

 

Yup. But we didn’t see this cp3 at all last year. If we had we win and we didn’t trade for Russ. Or if we traded for Russ, we would have gotten more for CP3. He hurt his value the way he played last season.

 

it's funny how most of cf's despises Tilman and how he operates which is well deserved, yet just reading a number of posts in here, they share the exact same thought process as him. And is the very reason why he panicked himself to force the move like the idiot he is.

It's not necessarily the CP3 trade that people hate Tilman for..

 

it certainty adds to it and further solidifies what a idiotic owner he is from day 1. yet the same thought process is exhibited by a number of people on cf's. but that should come as no surprise. His first summer was a disaster and he followed it up with another summer of garbage.

 

For me it's mostly about him refusing to upgrade the team past the luxury tax during Harden's prime years. The moves on the margins are what has been killing us. The CP3 trade was understandable, just a poor decision in hindsight. WB was objectively better than CP3 last year, suddenly not this year.

 

that goes back to my post. his first summer was trash followed by this one. WB was never better than cp3 last year, especially in the playoffs where he played like trash once again as usual and had his lunch taken from him by dame again. people want to cry about cp3's playoffs last year when wb was easily worse while having another mvp candidate right next to him. This isn't some sudden thing.

 

WB was better by most measures during the 18-19 season, especially in BPM and VORP. I'll grant you that CP3 had the slight edge in the playoffs, but not by a lot. They were both pretty much the same.

 

some of yall are so easily fooled by counting stats. it's the same logic that got him a mvp by averaging 2 more silly rebs over harden when he truly didn't deserve it
