I believe Biden has already stated that he would take part in the three debates that normally take place during a presidential election process but refused to add any more, which is what Trump wants.

I already engaged him on that. When I proved to him that there are already 3 agreed upon and planned debates, he moved the goal posts and said Biden would either back out or the venues would cancel due to COVID. When I told him that one of the venues did cancel and another quickly stepped in, he grew silent.
Could be. A mini stroke could also be a possibility. Oh, I also wonder if he is having any side effects from hydroxychloroquine. Some side effects are unusual mood changes, severe muscle weakness, and loss of coordination.
This me speculating. I've had my doubts whether he really was taking Hydroxychloroquine. Given it's cardiac risk and Trump's shape I have a hard time seeing a doctor prescribing that to him just as preventive for COVID-19. My suspicion is that either he isn't telling the truth about it or that his doctors were giving him a placebo and telling him it's Hydroxychloroquine.
