It appears that you have never been to a baseball game or other sporting event in your life.

Yuli's hair is a violation in and of itself. You can only hope to control it. But it cannot be contained.

I wouldn't be in favor of filling stadiums to 1% capacity. 25%? A joke I hope.

Yeah. It did seem kind of staged now that I think about it. He was a little bubbly though. Maybe it was the goatee that threw me.

Skeeters are doing about 25% capacity and so far I haven't heard of any issues. But that's around 1500 fans and not 10k. And a smaller, more open ballpark. They're requiring masks everywhere except your seat, have staggered seating and every other row is blocked. Seems like they're being as safe as can be, which was comforting enough that my wife and I are going to Friday's game. Would I do an Astros game following similar protocols? Ehh probably not.

25% capacity should be the minimum that we are talking about - particularly in open-air stadiums. Thankfully, the virus is dying out fast in Texas, as evidenced by the daily new case statistics at the link below (see the Daily New Cases graph near the bottom of the page).

    https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/usa/texas/

When the new cases spike in an area, the pattern across the county has been a 6-week period until it dies down. We are in the later stages of this 6-week period in Texas. It's time to safely adjust accordingly.

Watching games in empty stadiums is INTOLERABLE.
Plus, teams need the money from ticket sales and concessions.

Lol... “patterns” and “trends” being discussed on a virus that has been extinguished in other countries, but the US still trying to figure it out... while the US finds it difficult to perform simple tasks like social distancing, wearing masks, and now wants to cram people into sports stadiums... And we wonder why its so difficult to get rid of.

Too many dang seats to disinfect for 25 percent.

Wow, this couldn't be more untrue. Big numbers in India, Brazil, South Africa... and a resurgence being seen in parts of Europe. You might want to check where you get your news from!
