Are teams allowed to drop and add their two 2 way player spots before restart?

If so, Morey should pick up Dragan Bender and drop either Frazier or Howard.

Sorry for @ you guys but I figure you guys would know best.

Only if you convert your current Two-Way players to standard contracts. You can't just waive them to replace them at this point.

But if the situation comes up where a player gets COVID-19, then they could sign him as a substitute.

Frazier is going to be a solid player when he gets a chance. Kid can defend and shoot the ball good enough. I rather keep him and drop Howard. Really doesn’t matter bc our rotation is pretty much set.

I'm on the fence. Frazier may be the slightly better talent but Howard is better fit - long (6'8) 3-D forward.
