if we hired silas back in 2016 instead of dantoni, not only would harrell have developed here, but their is a small chance dekker would have panned out too. He had a 30 point game in memphis and never got any meaningful minutes for the remainder of that season

He was developing in Houston, he was averaging 18 minutes per game his sophmore year on a 3rd seeded playoff team in the west, as an undersized big who was a 2nd round pick.

Harrell playing next to AD/Marc will REALLY unlock his game, it's exactly what he's needed his whole career. Harrell defensively is a PF, and offensively a C. He is finally playing with some guys who can guard centers, while stretching the floor on offense. This will allow Harrell to stay on the floor defensively, and maximize his game offensively surrounded by shooters.

I won't be surprised if Harrell is averaging 20 ppg this season on incredibly efficiency, with his name being touted for an all star selection. Harrell has tremendous talent, he just needs to be on a very specific roster, which he's on now.
