I'd do tucker/house and our 2022 FRP for oubre right now knowing full well we have no center and I'm giving away tucker who's is the only player on the current roster who can pretend to play center. I'd still do that trade lol.
I watched this Thomas Bryant guy played before he was actually pretty good, can hit threes at a decent rate. I am okay with trading House for him but I still think Hartenstein has lots of potential and I would like to keep him.
Does not make sense. Not active rebounder, not athletic, not good defender. Smooth 3 ball and is 6'10 with 7'6 wingspan. But if liability on defense them why not just play Harty?
Has anyone ever figured out who the original tweet was supposed to be about? I don't believe the Thomas Bryant talks are true
The point I am making is that Looney is no bueno bc all the issues that led to capella getting traded (non financial) would exist with Looney. I get the financial benefit and that you have roco now too but if you are going to also get a center why would you get one whose style of play is problematic for your current roster even if that said player is cheaper. Point is they need to get someone with a different skill set than capella bc we know that skill set bogs the offense down regardless of money they make and of the rockets have roco.
Shooting 5 is Tucker. Back up shooting 5 should be Jonah Bolden, hes much cheaper and much better fit as 3-D switch/rim defender.
Bryant is interesting. 22/yo skilled big man on a cheap contract, why not. I'd prefer another defensive player to pair with roco though.
I don't think that rumor is legit. IMO, Danuel House and Stein would have to result in a better player. I'd rather go sign Anthony Randolph.
