You cannot blame the loss of this series on Harden. Without Harden we would've been done in 4. Without Harden, we wouldn't even been in the playoffs. He carried the whole team on his shoulder.

 

I can sure blame an elimination game on him. That’s exactly what Im referring to. The true elites step up. He’s regular season elite. Playoffs he’s just a known choker. That’s just unfortunate

If we're talking about accountability why are you focusing only on game 6??? This is freaking game 6!!??? We're not even talking about game 7, that now won't even take place. We're not talking about the fact we blew game 5 and shouldn't even be in an elimination game. All I'm saying is if you're going to hold someone accountable, why don't you call out the no shows like Capela, CP3, MDA, etc, why only focus on Harden. Harden did make some bad plays down the stretch today. I saw the game. But as a team, we underperformed. And without Harden and Tucker, this series would've been over a long time ago. Cp3 is declining before our eyes and has been all season. Capela playing soft in major games was a problem this whole series. Despite all that, your gripe is on James Harden in game 6??? Who's to say that if we won tonight, we were gonna make it past game 7 in Oakland. Remember how we got ourselves here in the first place.

Nick Wright made a good point, the Rockets hoped he wouldn’t decline until his 2nd / 3rd year but unfortunately we’re already dealing with it. Though this game he showed he can still play so I think he simply got caught up in getting under people’s skin and lost his focus and confidence. If he had played like this, we’d have a completely different series.

 

imo they gave us a lot of help in the first 3.5 quarters last nite, putting curry/donkey on the bench for long stretches. the last 5min of the game marc davis gave GS every single call. the offensive foul on harden in particular was egregious b/c donkey clearly flopped and harden didn't gain any advantage from the play anyways. but it doesn't even matter because HOU should have been up 20 at that point if they hadn't been so lazy all game.

 

If he plays every playoff game like he did Game 6 we'll be ok.

 

CP3 will get hurt in some way next year so Rockets want to be smart at least genuinely try to prepare for it.

Remember boys Game 1 screw over Klay foulded Harden three times on three point attempts maybe even 4 times. We should have won game 1 totally shifted the series.

 

How many people were saying cp3 is top 3 at his position? Right now he is a supermax bench player. We also have to baby him so he does get injured. Morey should be fired for this. I told everyone when the trade was made.

Every time we started to build
A lead we then made 5-6 stupid plays in a row to let the game get back to tied .

MDA never called a timeout to draw up a play to stop our implosion . This happened at least 3 times last night
