This game is on everyone. I most obviously on Gordon for being super trash this season. But also on Chris Paul for not being more agressive to help harden, it’s on harden for ******** the bed in overtime, it’s ok Capela for even giving griffin that much space on a 3 when there was only 1 second left on shot clock and he was playing to prevent a drive, it’s on MDA for playing Gordon 34 minutes and Gary Clark only 14, it’s on green for missing, it’s on tucker (can’t blame him much on this but still) for that foul on Jackson, it’s on Jeff B for allowing them to score 60 in first half of his first game back. Only two players that u know gave it everything and didn’t make dumb mistakes were tucker and ennis. This team has come a long way but with the poor start we don’t have lot of room for losses like this. And at what point do you consider a real solution for Gordon. U gotta consider something. This is more than a slump. Its closer to an Anderson career ending confidence loss than just a slump. His trade value is decreasing as we speak. And remember while Gordon got hot at times, we have seen this Gordon in playoffs. Do we take that risk again? Frustrating loss to say the least

Edit: and not to forget the zebras on crucial plays, most obviously being the goaltending call or lack of, on Chris Paul shot

 

Our bench is complete ass at the moment. Seriously can't keep allowing Clint/Cp3/Harden to be the ones scoring. Need way more punch off the bench. Need to get Melo completely off this team and sign some damn shooter.

 

worried about the depth and health too. We are milking Harden like a damn mule, this is no good. Considering how last season ended, you'd think we would not play 8 players every game

CP3 had a wide open shot in regulation to put us significantly up - and missed it.

These kind of games actually piss me off a lot more than how we were losing at the start of the season.

At the start of the season it was clear we were just playing like trash and didn't deserve to win...this game we lost because of incompetent refs.

Sure, you can say we could have shot better or played better defense, but we played well enough to win tonight and didn't because of obvious blatant missed calls. Sucks, but on to the next one.

GG. You don't ever wanna allow the refs to dictate the game. Our stars sucked, turning the ball over & not running back on defense is inexcusable especially late in games. Clint came to play again, so theres a positive. James has some real bad habits he has to fix in his game. Like when he turns it over then whine to refs while his teammates are busting their asses to prevent the fast breaks. Stop that ****, we gotta get used to not getting calls. Because we definitely won't get any calls vs GSW or LAL in the playoffs.

It's been pretty obvious for a while now that the league dictates things.

There's literally no way you can deny it with the amount of cameras providing evidence.

I cannot genuinely believe that the best referees in the world, are this woeful are their job to miss this many things time after time after time.

 

I don't know what pisses me off more

Harden being careless with the rock multiple times in crunch time

Or

The incompetence/inconsistent officiating that is just dismissed as human error

 

I expect refs to not let players blatantly grab the rim.

 

Everyone who wants Gordo nailed to the bench: who do you want playing instead??

 

I agree Harden was tired, but this game hinged on some truly dumb stuff from Harden.. Everyone around has to seriously be aware how tired he is because he goes dumb. EGO couldn't shoot and the loss will be blamed on him (scapegoat activated) but it was Harden's highly avoidable mistakes that cost this game.

in regulation, up 1, with the ball, Harden turns the ball over against a rookie.

in OT, game tied, Harden gives turns the ball over at the top of the key then gives up a baseline 3 because he wasn't paying attention. Tucker running through the lane expecting Harden to switch should have known that Harden wasn't going to move and then cover him I guess.

 

Refs played a good game tonight.
