How do you guys handle adversity in your lives? Life's not a cake walk, the warriors are gonna sweep the pels, curry will be rested and healthy. The squad will just have to be prepared to go against a healthy warriors team. If they're good like we believe, they will be ready.....if not? Ehhh that's life

Rockets must sweep the Jazz and there's absolutely not excuse at all why they shouldn't. Its time to take it up a notch, the Warriors are gaining some mega steam right now. You have to hope that the Pelicans take at least 1 game in that series, and if they're extremely lucky they can get 2.

you guys are way underestimating the warriors. even without curry, they are stacked.

just more shots for KD, Klay etc.

be on the lookout for Draymond Green also. He has the ability to get a triple double anytime and lots of steals and blocks. I see him having some huge games

    23-6 halftime FT disparity.

This was basically a ref initiated blowout at half

yea, were going to need mbah a moute to guard Durant and possibly tucker to get on Klay Thompson...I believe we have enough wing defenders to slow down the warriors enough for us to win. Besides for some reason im more scared of the pelicans and that's probably because we have no one to stop AD at all..

You can't beat the Warriors with Durant he is the player that makes them UNbeatable. But there are things you have to do against this team to compete.
    1. On ball pressure: So many teams just let people bring up the ball without any ball pressure. One exception is the Celtics. The utilize various traps just to delay the start of the offensive set. Against Draymond, Iguodala, etc...you have to close dribbling space. Very few have that kinda handles...
    2. Mix and match various defensive looks...for a few possessions switch to a box and 1 defense, then switch to man with on ball pressure against all NON point guards.
    3. Guarding the top of the arc passing: next time you watch a Warriors game or highlights, So many of the sets start way above the top of the arc. This is a concept in regards to spacing. They make a killing by passing to guys running off screens from there either from the commotion at the corners or wings. As a defensive player, you get low and eat that space up...and force them to drive in one direction.
    4. Guarding the 3 point arc at the Wings and corners: Often the refs focus at where the ball is and not the commotion that occurs as these plays develop. While the Warriors' others are setting picks, running of screenings etc. They each have a role...As a defender you have to disrupt their role. ie. push the screener into the player using the screen. Flop while chasing over the top...ie Andre Kirelenko swan dive.
    5. Playing mind games. Let me give you an example...Joe Ingles just dropped a 3 point shot...then instead of making hand symbols etc...he ran right into the body of PG letting him know that he was there. Be a pest against guys that have poor emotions. You'll unnerve them...
    6. Finally and most importantly,..play your style of offense, but make sure you get a quality shot every damn time. Period. To beat the Warriors you have to score, but if your scoring challenged... you better make sure each possession results in points.

This Warrior team is an amazing team, but this summer they have some very important decisions to make about the future of their players.. Barring injury, the Warriors are the favorites to win a title.

I don't understand why the league believes that the Warriors need extra help?

In tons of games this year I've seen the refs go out of their way to make sure games are close.

Not for the Warriors, nope. We need to make sure they get nearly 4 times the amount of FTs so they can win nice and easy.

All of those other fans that have been screaming about "playoff whistles", where are they at now?

The Warriors had more FTs in the first half than Boston or Milwaukee did in their entire game.

Well, we've known from the beginning that it was going to come down to us to finish the Warriors, and that every game is going to be a bloodbath. Just take care of business with the Jazz first and then worry about the monster waiting down the road.

Warriors are still Warriors! They declared to the world that they are back.

Looney is the only one who can shut down Anthony Davis completely.

None of our business. Our team needs to focus on the Utah Jazz. One game at a time.
    Go Houston Rockets!

Did not see that coming, even without Curry they are formidable. To say the least.

I still hope the Pels can win 1 or 2 for their confidence.

i thought everyone was getting ahead of themselves on the pelicans having a chance. the pelicans had an amazing series against portland that wasn't likely to repeat. and the warriors are actually trying now.

The Pelicans don't have any good wing defender, Warriors were just feasting on cuts and screens and pelicans just couldn't keep up.

we have to bring our A game every single game when we face them, we really need this Jazz series as a preparation for the warriors we have to get our rhythm back and play our style of basketball
