Not sure what is going on with the Rangers? But, great way to cap off the series with them. Let them sulk on that for a while. The Rangers look like they quit on the season when they realized their team sucks.

Astros smoke the Ramgers... and the world cheers.. From GM down an excellent organization, great players who are good people... this is a fun bunch. And Justin Verlander is really something special. Wow. Altuve I don't believe is 5'6" and he's breaking some long held records. Double wow.
He deleted it now but McCullers had a tweet congratulating Altuve for #200 and telling Bregman operation complete. Lulz!
Sometimes it feels like a dream that Verlander is an Astro. Plus we have him signed for TWO more freakin years!!! With CC and Springer getting hot we're going to be tough to beat in the playoffs.
So glad that the Rangers didn't move our series. Rangers fans deserve to watch their team get blown out and humiliated 3 games in a row by the Astros.
Hard to beat the 2 game series against the Giants where Ryan/Kerfeld threw a 2 hit shutout followed by the Scott no-hitter to clinch the division. And, because it was the Dodgers, there was a 4 game series the Astros swept in June 1989 which included back to bak games of 22 innings and 13 innings. For sheer drama those last 2 games were incredible. That being said, this was certainly one of the most satisfying ever.
I think he meant "best regular season series for people not eligible for AARP". You'll never beat '86 for me. The ALCS was also a classic that year. It killed a guy, literally killed a guy, and then the WS after that.
