Likely that he misses 8-12 weeks unless he just heals really fast. That puts him back either in late September or early October.

I'm thinking more of 6-8 weeks. He's not a quarterback so he doesn't have to throw.

Probably miss about 3-5 regular season games

Now that I've thought about it more, I can see a scenario where he's out till November. If they want to make sure he's 100% before coming back they could put him on the IR designated to return, which would have him out till week 9 of the season.

Probably that he's not very durable and the Texans should be looking for long term replacements.

Think he can be a good player but it is what it is.

I'm just going to put in my head that he's missing the first 4 games. At most 5.

J.Strong and Braxton going to have to step up.

Would like to see Riley McCarron, Deandre White or Devin Street step up during preseason.

Time to give Jalen a real opportunity, hes put in his work, this is his 3rd year in the offense and he has showed some great flashes when given the opportunity.

If he misses Week 4 or 5, wouldn't mind keeping him out Week 6 Browns with the bye week following. That would bring him back Week 8 vs. Seattle and in time for the 4 remaining divisional games.
