    Melo and Gay on the same team? That'd be like getting cancer and herpes at the same time. Melo has done nothing except sow discord and be toxic wherever he goes. Only way this is a winning trade is in NBA 2K.

    Did y'all know Melo is more clutch than Kobe and couple others, his FG percentage is better in the clutch

    He is a decent 3 pt shooter

    Melo is a bad ISO scorer at the small forward position.

    He would be a good fit as a stretch 4, playing pick n pop with harden.

    All he was ever good at was chucking the ball and likely rebounding.

    At age 32 he is not that bad, there are worse, he got to accept a paycut soon.

    Rockets out: Brewer, KJ, Montrez Hou 17 1st
    Rockets In: DeAndre Jordan, Jamal Crawford and NY 2nd.

    Clippers Out: DeAndre Jordan, Jamal Crawford, LA 17 1st and LA 18 1st
    Clippers In: Melo, Lee

    New York starts over...Gets 3 1st rounders and a young player

    Houston gets another C also another shooter/playmaker

    LA gets Melo and gets to keep CP3 and Griffin.


    Not sure if it works money wise...But it's a start.

    If I were to make a list of players I would least like the Rockets to trade for, Carmelo might be number one on the list. He would be a horrible fit for the current Rockets.
