    You can tell in the Lawson video that Marcus has a really nice stroke and shooting form. He is not going to miss too many good looks from deep.

    And Dwight is excellent free throw shooter at practice. We gonna be unstoppable with them shooting like that! Oh wait, we're talking about practice.

    Capela was working on a hook shot with his left hand.

    It's not easy to learn to shoot a hook shot with your non-dominant hand. It takes a lot of practice to get to the point where it feels natural.

    Write with your right hand and notice how natural it feels. Then try writing with your left hand and think about how awkward it feels. Capela is experiencing the same thing with his left-handed hook shot.

    It just takes time.

    But by his age he should already have a grasp on it...

    It's like saying rookies can't make a layup with their non-dominant hand. It's a move so basic something went wrong if he didn't learn that at least in high school.

    by his age? the kid just turned 21, he's no where near a complete NBA player and still has much to learn and develop. So no he should not already have a grasp on it.
