    Discuss trades here.

I'll start - I'm looking for a closer candidate. Preferably pretty good, preferably under the age of 35, but I'm not too picky. I'd be willing to deal away a good catcher in Lieberthal, and/or draft picks. If anyone's interested, let me know here, by email, or in chat.

Can anyone post a link to the site? I'm not at home right now so I don't have it bookmarked.

The reason I ask is I may be interested in Lieberthal some... Felix Rodriguez or Scott Strickland might be available in return as closers, but I need to check on Lieberthal first. :)

Well, Guzman has had some other offers so I'm not entirely motivated to move him. What pick would I have to add though?

    Sammy,

Would you do a Sasaki for Lieberthal trade? I know Sasaki is a little over 35, but he's also very dominant, so at least for the next couple of years you'd be set. I don't really want to deal Strickland for Lieberthal, cause Strickland is still very young as well...

Sammy, I have a high pick in the draft, what would you be willing to deal for a stud, young closer?

DBC, I'd be happy to get one of those closer prospects - what would you want for your pick, exactly?

Cat, I'd consider that swap, but only if I could throw in Worrell ($2 mil of wasted space, last year of deal) to balance out contract-wise. Sasaki's expensive!

Good closers in this game want tons of money sammy. :)

Anyway, I wouldn't have a problem taking Worrell from you... the salaries don't make that big of a difference to me.

DBC, Maddux is a great starter. Want him? :)

Cat, that's because you can afford to outspend everyone. The rest of my bullpen costs less than 6 million dollars. Still, I'd be willing to make that deal (especially since it seems to be the only one on the table). If you want to make the Lieberthal & Worrell for Sasaki trade, post it and I will accept.

I could stand to use some help in starting pitching. I'm willing to trade draft picks or prospects.

It would probably be better to respond in this thread if you're interested in dealing with me, since I go to the chat room so irregularly.

Bryan Rekar is signed very cheaply - $693,400 per year. He is a starter/reliever who is rated 4 4 6 6 7 4. I am interested in Gautreau, Burroughs, Nady, Renfroe... (not all of them of course, just giving you an idea). Reply away, if you so choose.

Would Belford be available in any deal Manny? I might deal you Matt Morris or Aaron Sele in a deal if he could be in there somewhere...
