As for my identity, I live in New York City and work as an attorney at at pretty large law firm. My practice area is corporate reoganization (i.e. chapter 11 bankruptcy work... though our marketing people don't like using the word "bankruptcy" since it apparently depresses people for some reason). Anyhow, hopefully your company doesn't need my service, at least as a debtor, if you are indeed an executive at a large company.

If you also live in NYC or are have occassion to visit, perhaps we can catch a game (likely next season, whenever that is...) or get a beer somewhere. I know "smoothie" and a few other folks on Clutchfans are also NYC-based.
