How do you not gain respect for the coach. Incredible human being.

Definitely, he seems like a class act through and through. He went above and beyond just being a coach. It's just I get lost in how depressing the whole storyline is, right now I can't appreciate the good from the bad.

You got all that from one text message?

People get into arguments and say things in the heat of the moment. Unfair to blame him for his daugther taking her life. By that logic you might as well blame Ryan for breaking up with her:rolleyes:

Depression doesn't care about what your situation in life is. It's a DISEASE. It's a chemical imbalance in the brain that has no bearing on how much money you have, how beautiful you are, or how seemingly charmed your life might be. The lack of education on this mental health disorder needs to be addressed.

I wonder if Anderson's situation had anything do with the lack of a Asik for Anderson trade (like everyone figured WOULD happen)

I can't imagine ever telling my daughter she's "too stupid".....especially via text. Saying is more immediate, although really you can still think before speaking, but texting takes more time. The guy definitely has some problems.

Just an unbelievably harrowing story. Not something you get over, but rather something to try and get past. There's a fundamental difference between the two.

This is debatable. Logically, if you are wealthy theres a way less chance of getting depression. Im pretty sure the amount of suicides due to depression is inversely correlated to one's wealth
