So just like basketball games outside of the playoffs/march?

Football is different because of the once-a-week nature of it, but even TXHS football is often very hard to watch.

I can watch the LLWS or the College WS or minor league games and still be entertained despite the level of competition. You could not pay me to watch a junior league (LL/HS/pro/whatever) basketball game outside of March Madness.

Okay fine, but then the clown got mad that Valdez smirks after pitches... thin skin much? Either way, it was good for us.

Take a deep breath before posting something out of anger tonight! There will be ups and downs....and there's no need for a "Trade Bregman" post if he strikes out his first at bat.

Enjoy the fact that we are doing something that's only been done ONCE before us. Realize just how special this team is, and enjoy the game!

She was literally the "man pass" girl with an ex about 20 years ago. We were laying in bed, she asked me "who would you like to **** other than me?", and that was the first that popped into my mind. And she's still gorgeous.

Then gf said "no, I meant people that we know" and I answered truthfully. Terrible decision to say that part out loud.

I thought he got mad that Framber threw him a 3-2 curve and not a fastball?

This isn't about who is the bigger man tonight, it's about who has the biggest curve balls.

Yeah I did too hence my original post about it, but then @Major pointed out that it probably wasn't (just) that based on the postgame press conference. See his quoted posted above.

Apparently Framber was doing something (smirking/smiling I guess) after he threw his pitches. Putting it all together it sounds like Diaz was pissed that he couldn't touch the curve, got an opportunity at the fastball in his second AB and putted it, then couple that with the pitcher being a little cocky/arrogant with his facial expressions and he got irrationally angry.

    It's still moronic AF regardless.

He had the same scowl when it became evident we were winning game 5.

He's a hot headed psycho, but....more than anything......

    He knows....

No Bregman (or any) negative vibes should be tolerated. Ball hasn’t bounced his way so far this series but dude is a warrior playing through injuries. You can tell he’s not 100% but is still making good contact. Lets see if the ball bounces his way tonight.

Lol I know it's basically a meme now.

Btw has anyone else noticed that Arozzareeniaaa has adopted the annoying AF Mookie Betts "snarl"?

    Like geezus...

That's right. Plenty of time to be stressed later. Bregman and Yuli are due.

Good vibes, and good vibes only.

You hit it right on the head with this post but invariably there will be posters that will have apocalyptic posts tonight (usually from the GARM) as soon as something goes sideways but thats alright, to each his own but you’re showing your ass.

Game/Series thread is *exactly* the time and place to post such. That's what it's for.

It sounds like someone that smiles (is happy) when the hard work he puts in translates on to the field. Just human nature imo
