I hate this is from this source, but i've been saying. He is the guy the Rockets HAVE to target. He for Eric is a reasonable swap, Turner isn't perfect and Eric is the better player. Turner is the better fit.

    LegionHoopsRoss? Never heard of him

Rockets always have interest in a bunch of players...nobody ever has interest in our trash unless it comes with heavy additional compensation

Their fans think Turner is trash. It's wild how much fan bases underrate their players. Eric Gordon is a better player today than Myles Turner. Each player fits in with the other team much better.

Well duh, of course we would be interested in Turner.

If brabra sources is on the money, I do like that lost of targets. But we would have to be throwing full MLE at Jerami Grant, which wouldn't be enough I don't think?

    Successful Trade Scenario
    Congratulations on a successful trade
Due to Houston being over the cap and having a post-trade Team Salary over the Tax Threshold, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Houston could not receive more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here.

Due to Indiana being under the cap and choosing to invoke the Cap Room rule, Indiana could not go over the cap by more than $100,000 of post-trade Team Salary, which did happen here.

This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

They do pay Turner quite a lot to be a 12 and 6 guy on 45% from the field... one understands the frustration!

    I’m calling it now

    Russ
    Harden
    RoCo
    Turner
    Bamba

Neither big is a liability because they can booth shoot the 3.

Looks like we are not as obsessed with small ball anymore now?

Bamba and Turner can't play together, I'm positive if the Rockets got both they would not see the court together except sporadically.

The team always wanted a center. They just wanted RoCo more.

There is a reason Morey was going after Christian Wood.

Rim protector with a three point shot. Rebounding isn't needed if turnovers are high. Blocks (Turner, Roco), Steals (Russ, Harden and RoCo) and Charges (PJ Tucker).

Turner is one of the best big men in the NBA at finishing after contact. It's something that the Pacers haven't used enough. He is a mediocre free throw shooter who would need to get better fast.

well they’re wrong...Maybe he was disappointing for them, especially after getting paid, but trash? Certainly not...Gordon was definitely trash this past season tho, and is about 8 years older, missed 36 games, and makes more money than Turner...Rockets fans stay overrating EG

Gordon scored 50 points in a game and you are slandering him like he's a bum.

Corey Brewer scored 50 points in a game and the Rockets used a first round pick to get him.

There was never a point in time when Brewer was as good as Eric even during the worst stretches. Team control for four years. Indiana hero. Will average 20 PPG if he is traded there. Just wait.

I'd be okay with dumping EG and Danuel Housearrest and adding Bamba, Turner, Ibaka and Grant.

I'd also be okay with everyone in the United States getting along peacefully, but that's just about as likely.
